general terms and conditions (GTC)

1. these general terms and conditions are part of all agreements between joycard, joycard members and partners.

2. the joycard is non-transferable. It contains the first and last name as well as the membership number of the holder. The joycard is issued for 12 months and shows the last month of validity. The validity begins with the receipt or handover of the joycard to the member and may not be used after expiration. The partners are authorized to check the authorization of the user by comparing it with the identity card and to confiscate the joycard in case of misuse.

3. the joycard remains the property of the issuer. It may not be passed on to third parties.

4. membership must be cancelled in writing by post or email to info@joycard.de no later than 6 weeks before the beginning of the expiry month. If the cancellation is not made or not made in time, the membership will be extended for another 12 months. In case of renewal, the customer will automatically receive his new joycard.

5. the current offers of the partners can be found on www.joycard.de. The partners are responsible for the content and correctness of their offers at www.joycard.de.

6. stolen or lost joycards will be replaced for a handling fee of currently 18,00 €.

7. any reprint, any kind of storage also in electronic form, any other reproduction - also in extracts - or the imitation including the extraction of images from the internet presentation of joycard is not permitted.

8. for each newly recruited member, a discount of 50% will be granted for the membership of the recruiter for the following year. In case of two friendship referrals, the referrer will receive the joycard free of charge in the following year. A cash payment is not possible. The referral of a friend who was or is already a joycard member is excluded.

9. joycard will use all membership data exclusively for support and information purposes. Passing on the data to third parties is excluded.

(10) Should any provision of the GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision within the scope of what is legally permissible.
